Before you write
Most questions are answered faster by the market page itself, which shows live utilisation, caps and every parameter. If your withdrawal is waiting, check utilisation first — at 100% it is liquidity, not a fault.
- Include your wallet address and the transaction signature if there is one. Both are public; neither gives us any control over your funds.
- Never send a seed phrase or a private key. No one from Kurate will ever ask for one.
- For a suspected vulnerability, write to the desk directly rather than opening a public issue.
